This PR introduces micro-UX improvements to the Speed Clicker game:

  • Numeric Formatting: All scores (Personal Best, HUD, Final Score) now use thousand-separators (e.g., 1,000 instead of 1000) for better readability.
  • Robust UI Updates: Replaced space-padding with the ANSI CLR_EOL (\033[K) sequence to ensure clean line updates regardless of content length.
  • Visual Polish: HUD labels and values are now consistently styled with CLR_SCORE (Bold Cyan), and status indicators have explicit color resets to prevent bleed.
  • Clean Transitions: Applied CLR_EOL to countdown sequences for a smoother start experience.

- Implement `formatWithCommas` for scores.
- Use `CLR_EOL` (\033[K) for robust terminal line updates.
- Colorize HUD labels and values consistently.
- Prevent color bleed with explicit resets.
